Agreement between Supervisor and Training Committee
a. Agreement between the Supervisor and the Training Committee on Behalf of the Board
The Supervisor agrees:
To maintain current financial membership of the BSANZ;
To maintain current Professional Indemnity Insurance;
To abide by the Code of Ethics of her or his professional accrediting body;
To keep records of each supervision session, including dates, times and notes of each session;
To have a minimum of 10 sessions of supervision per year (which may include two group or co-leader supervision sessions in a year);
To send annual supervision progress reports to the Training Committee with prior discussion with the supervisee;
To discuss with the supervisee any concerns, recommendations and goals, and to report these to the Training Committee;
To discuss with the supervisee ethical issues, confidentiality, co-leader relationships and other issues related to progress and development as listed in the BSANZ Training Committee Requirements for Supervision Reports;
To discuss with both the supervisee and the Training Committee any changes to the terms of the supervision agreement, including possible cessation of supervision;
To discuss supervision fees with the supervisee before commencing supervision
To maintain a professional relationship at all times; and
To submit a final report to the Training Committee, including comments about the suitability of the supervisee for completion of the pathway. This must be discussed with the supervisee before submission of the report.
